Our fresh bonbons, are pure artisan dark Belgian cacao, filled with "ganache", a creamy blend of cacao & real cacao butter and liquor from the most aromatic cacao trees, combined with natural flavorful spices, fruits & herbs. The delicate design and perfect velvety finishing of the cacao shell yields a shiny ebony hue, gives way to a warm cacao perfume and that loud cracking sound before it melts as you taste it.
